This city is more depressing than Midgar. 
Anyway if you happen to see some attractive guy sitting on the side of the street begging for food/job/place to stay, ask if his name's Zack. If it is, that's me. He'll also appreciate money, if you can't give him any of the other stuff. 
Out of all the places I've been to (and I've been to a lot), I'll have to say this is the weirdest although there was that one time...
